TERMS OF COOPERATION WITH THE AGENCY

Our agency operates legally in accordance with Greek regulations (Ministry of Finance, Chamber of Commerce) and internationally accepted standards of modern matchmaking services, which mediate between adult individuals to provide the opportunity for acquaintance based on carefully evaluated personal attributes.
The agency simply facilitates contact between heterosexual individuals. The outcome of the relationship depends solely on the parties involved. We bear no responsibility for the success or failure of this relationship. All information provided is considered truthful and may be discreetly verified by us.
Each interested individual is charged by the agency, operating under the name 'SANTANNA.DATING', the amount of ………… euros for conducting the interview and completing this profile, in order to cover operational costs and optional informational SMS messages about events and parties.

THIS AGREEMENT REMAINS VALID UNTIL THE DESIRED OUTCOME IS ACHIEVED, AS DECLARED

The outcome arises solely from the willingness of the members to establish a relationship with one another, and regardless of the result of the mediation, the payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
The client is obligated to contact the agency after each meeting and inform whether they wish to continue with the person introduced to them or not, and explain the reasons. Communication between the client and the agency must be continuous, without long periods of inactivity or lack of communication without prior notice and justification.
In the event a relationship is formed, the agency must be informed from the beginning, as otherwise, it cannot operate effectively on behalf of the client. If the client fails to communicate with the agency for a period of 6 MONTHS, they will be permanently removed from the service.
If the client wishes to temporarily suspend cooperation with the agency due to being abroad or for family reasons, they must inform the agency accordingly.
In the event the client exhibits inappropriate behavior towards the agency or the individuals they are introduced to—such as disrespectful or rude conduct, or excessive demands not covered by the contract—the agency reserves the right to permanently remove the client from the matchmaking process in order to protect its name and its clientele.

The personal data you provide us, with your explicit consent for access and processing, will be used for the purpose of finding a potential partner. This includes granting us the right to disclose your personal data to each suggested member of our agency with whom you wish to be introduced and communicate.
Your data may also be used for promotional activities and updates from our company via email, letter, SMS, telephone, etc.
If you provide us with personal information of a third party, you bear the responsibility to have informed that individual about the use of their data and to have obtained their explicit consent for the purposes outlined above.
